Membership Interests are being offered in Mammoth Health and Tech Fund 1-Qualified (the "Fund") a segregated series of Mammoth Private Capital, LLC, a Delaware series limited liability company. The Fund anticipates investing in various portfolio companies in the health and information technology sectors. The Manager is launching a parallel Fund for Accredited Investors who are not Qualified Purchasers at the same time it is launching this Fund for Qualified Purchasers.
