MAMMOTH INVESTORS, LLC (the “Company”), a Delaware limited liability company, is offering a maximum of 2,400 Units (the “Offering”) on a “best efforts” basis. The minimum number of Units a subscriber must purchase in this Offering is 10 Units. However, the Company reserves the right to accept less than this minimum pending specific circumstance, which shall be at the sole discretion of the Company’s Managers.
